Charles Picciola
Co-Managing Partner
Charles Picciola is actively involved in managing the day-to-day operations of the company and focuses his efforts towards sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing new development and investment opportunities. He has more than ten years of commercial real estate development and management experience. Prior to co-founding Laterre Partners in 2008, he served as an in-house legal counsel for Fortune International in Miami, Florida as well as project manager for one of the nation’s largest affordable housing developers. Charles earned a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, J.D. from California Western School of Law, and a B.A. from Louisiana State University and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and National Federal Development Association.
Robert Picciola
Co-Managing Partner
Robert Picciola is responsible for overseeing Laterre’s design and construction efforts as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the company. The perspective he brings to the construction management process allows us to continually deliver sustainable facilities in the most efficient manner possible. He has over fifteen years of management experience spanning the construction, real estate development and oil field services industries. Prior to co-founding Laterre Partners in 2008, he served as project manager for Barriere Construction Company in New Orleans, Louisiana and Quality Assurance Manager at Hunting PLC, a leading international energy services provider. Robert earned an M.B.A from Tulane University and a B.A. in Industrial Operations Management from Nicholls State University.
