Headquartered in the UK, Proserv is a production technology and services company for the global energy industry that specializes in a wide range of innovative solutions and technologies for the drilling and production sectors of the oil and gas industry.

Having outgrown its antiquated facility, Proserv sought out experienced developers within the office and industrial build-to-suit sector to submit competitive offers for its new Houma facility. Laterre worked with Proserv over an eight month, multi-phase offering and ultimately secured the project through its team’s design innovation and value engineering efforts.

The 16,500 SF facility, sited on a seven-acre campus, will service Proserv’s office and industrial functions throughout the Gulf of Mexico region.
