Laterre Partners has recently completed the redevelopment of 150 North Royal Street in downtown Mobile, Alabama. The 3 story, 26,000 SF building will serve as a new state-of-the-art Port Operations Facility that will allow the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to carry out its full range of cargo processing functions including inspections, entry, collections and verification at the expanding Port of Mobile.
